Thank you for your interest in attending a Virtual Education Program. Please pre-register by responding to the following questions.

After registration is complete, you will receive an email from Clinical Specialist Team providing the link and information on how to log onto the event.
PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF TIME ZONES WHEN REGISTERING. Drop down options are all listed in Central Standard Time. Confirm calendar link in the confirmation email has been adjusted for your time zone.

For registrants who would like to receive training materials (e.g. Training Kit or Demo Units), it generally takes 7-10 business days to ship materials. Materials cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.
